How to Scan Multiple Pages into One PDF Document

Scanning multi-page legal documents, lease agreements, or study notes one by one creates messy separate files. Here is how to combine them into one structured PDF file.

Step 1: Start Continuous Scanning Mode

Launch PDF Scanner and tap Scan. PDF Scanner stays in continuous capture mode—point your camera at page 1, let ML Kit snap the boundary, then turn to page 2 and repeat.

Step 2: Review Page Order & Adjust Rotations

When you tap Done, PDF Scanner opens the document viewer where you can see all scanned pages in sequence. If a page is out of order, use the reorder sheet to drag it into its proper spot.

Step 3: Compile into a Single A4 PDF

PDF Scanner automatically binds all pages into a single ISO-compliant A4 PDF document. You can name the file (for example, “Lease_Agreement_2026.pdf”) and share it via your preferred messaging app or email client.
