No. ScanOrbit operates entirely offline on your device. Zero bytes of your scanned ID card are ever transmitted over the internet or uploaded to any third-party server.
How does dual-side ID scanning work?
You photograph the front side, flip the card over to photograph the reverse side, and ScanOrbit automatically crops both images and aligns them side-by-side or stacked on a single A4 PDF page.
Can I print the generated ID scan at exact physical dimensions?
Yes. The output preserves the exact 1:1 real-world dimensions of standard credit-card-sized identification cards when printed at 100% scale on an A4 sheet.
Does it work with laminated or plastic cards that have glare?
